Методи оцінки та аналізу інвестиційної діяльності електроенергетичного підприємства

Abstract

Актуальність теми дослідження. Інвестиційна діяльність підприємства це цілеспрямований процес формування необхідних інвестиційних ресурсів, збалансований відповідно до обраних параметрів інвестиційної програми (інвестиційного портфеля) на основі вибору ефективних об'єктів (інструментів) інвестування та забезпечення їх реалізації. Це свідчить нам про те, що тема питання є актуальним для розвитку сучасних економічних відносин. Метою магістерського дослідження є розроблення концепції механізму управління прибутком торговельного підприємства в умовах ринкових відносин і комплексу моделей його реалізації, спрямованих на максимізацію прибутку підприємства у поточному та перспективному періодах при заданому рівні фінансового ризику. Завдання роботи: Завданням роботи було визначити суть поняття інвестиційної діяльності, її основних характеристик, розглянути складові, які впливають на інвестиційну діяльність підприємства, описати зміст інвестиційної діяльності підприємства, створити аналіз та провести оцінку основних показників електроенергетичного підприємства ТОВ «4Room», проаналізувати та розраховати напрями підвищення оцінки інвестиційної діяльності на електроенергетичного підприємства ТОВ «4Room». Об’єктом дослідження є оцінка ефективності показників та методів інвестиційної діяльності електроенергетичного підприємства ТОВ «4Room», створення напрямів розвитку підприємства та надання порад для збільшення ефективності інвестиційної діяльності підприємства. Наукова новизна дослідження: розроблено концепцію і моделі механізму управління прибутком торговельного підприємства, що на відміну від існуючих враховують кризові умови господарювання та ризики ведення воєнних дій. Практична значущість дослідження полягає у формуванні рекомендацій щодо впровадження механізму ефективного управління прибутком електроенергетичного підприємства ТОВ «4Room». У першому розділі розглянуто концептуальні основи формування механізму управління прибутком торговельного підприємства в ринкових умовах, визначені особливості управління прибутком підприємств за кризових умов господарювання та ризиків ведення воєнних дій, проаналізовані інструменти управління цим процесом, запропонована концепція механізму управління прибутком торговельних підприємств. У другому розділі досліджено теоретико-методичні основи формування механізму управління прибутком підприємства, досліджено моделі, що вирішують завдання управління прибутком підприємства в умовах кризи та ризиків ведення воєнних дій, визначають особливості формування і розподілу фінансових ресурсів, управління матеріальними ресурсами й контролю за фінансовим результатом, розглянуто механізм факторного аналізу прибутку електроенергетичного підприємства ТОВ «4Room». У третьому розділі виконано практичну реалізацію концепції контролю фінансових результатів підприємства як механізму управління прибутком ТОВ «4Room», проаналізовано прибуток цього підприємства і запропоновано механізм ефективного управління прибутком з економічним обґрунтуванням ефективності рекомендацій.

Investment activity of the enterprise is a purposeful process of formation of necessary investment resources, balanced according to the chosen parameters of the investment program (investment portfolio) on the basis of a choice of effective objects (tools) of investment and maintenance of their realization. This shows us that the topic of the issue is relevant for the development of modern economic relations. The purpose of the master's research is to develop a concept of profit management mechanism of a commercial enterprise in market conditions and a set of models for its implementation aimed at maximizing the company's profit in the current and future periods at a given level of financial risk. Tasks: The task was to determine the essence of the concept of investment activity, its main characteristics, to consider the components that affect the investment activity of the enterprise, to describe the content of investment activity of the enterprise, to analyze and evaluate the main indicators of 4Room. increase the assessment of investment activity at the electric power company LLC "4Room". The object of the study is to assess the effectiveness of indicators and methods of investment activities of the electric power company LLC "4Room", creating directions for enterprise development and providing advice to increase the efficiency of investment activities of the company. Scientific novelty of the research: the concept and models of the mechanism of profit management of a commercial enterprise have been developed, which, in contrast to the existing ones, take into account crisis management conditions and risks of hostilities. The practical significance of the study lies in the formation of recommendations for the implementation of the mechanism of effective profit management of the electric power company LLC "4Room". The first section considers the conceptual basis for the formation of a mechanism for managing the profits of a commercial enterprise in market conditions, identifies features of managing the profits of enterprises in crisis conditions and risks of hostilities, analyzes tools for managing this process, offers a concept of a mechanism for managing profits. The second section examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the profit management mechanism of the enterprise, models that solve the problem of enterprise profit management in crisis and the risks of hostilities, determine the features of the formation and distribution of financial resources, material resources management and financial performance control. the mechanism of factor analysis of the profit of the electric power enterprise of LLC 4Room. In the third section the practical implementation of the concept of control of financial results of the enterprise as a mechanism of profit management of 4Room LLC is performed, the profit of this enterprise is analyzed and the mechanism of effective profit management with economic justification of recommendations is proposed.
