Удосконалення структури управління організації

Abstract

В роботі розглянуто теоретичні і методичні основи щодо удосконалення організаційної структури управління організації. В роботі проаналізовано структуру управління організацією та її складові. Досліджено комунікації у структурі управління організацією. Здійснено аналіз факторів впливу на структуру управління організації. Надано організаційно-економічну характеристику та проведено аналіз структури управління Бердичівського управління Державної казначейської служби України Житомирської області. Здійснено оцінювання ефективності структури управління Бердичівського управління Державної казначейської служби України Житомирської області та виявлено її основні недоліки. В роботі виявлено напрямки модернізації організаційної структури Бердичівського управління Державної казначейської служби України Житомирської області та надано рекомендації щодо ефективного впровадження запропонованих заходів.

The paper examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for improving the organizational structure of the organization's management. The work analyzes the organization's management structure and its components. Communication in the structure of organization management was studied. An analysis of influencing factors on the management structure of the organization was carried out. The organizational and economic characteristics were provided and the management structure of the Berdychiv Department of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine of the Zhytomyr region was analyzed. An evaluation of the effectiveness of the management structure of the Berdychiv Department of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine of the Zhytomyr Region was carried out and its main shortcomings were identified. The paper identified directions for the modernization of the organizational structure of the Berdychiv Department of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine of the Zhytomyr region and provided recommendations for the effective implementation of the proposed measures.
