Investment Attractiveness Analysis of Entrepreneurial Activity in Ukraine

Abstract

Актуальність теми кваліфікаційної роботи. Актуальність теми дослідження ґрунтується на розумінні вирішального значення економічного зростання в Україні та ролі інвестиційних процесів як основного стимулятора розвитку. Цей процес є основною запорукою інтеграції вітчизняної економіки у світове господарство, тому необхідні структурні зміни, спрямовані на поліпшення іміджу України для припливу інвестиційного капіталу. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи. Метою дослідження є вивчення теоретичних основ інвестиційної привабливості країни та факторів її формування для проведення аналізу стану інвестиційної привабливості України та визначення основних шляхів її підвищення. Об'єкт дослідження. Об'єктом дослідження є процес формування інструментів реалізації інвестиційної політики держави в Україні. Предмет дослідження. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних положень, методичних підходів і практичних рекомендацій щодо формування інструментів реалізації державної інвестиційної політики в Україні. Основний результат роботи. У першому розділі розглянуто сутність інвестицій та їх класифікацію. Коротко сформульовано, що інвестиції можна визначити як вкладення матеріальних і нематеріальних цінностей з метою отримання ще більших вигод у майбутньому. Специфікою інвестиційної діяльності називають ряд фінансово-економічних передумов, що визначають можливість і ефективність ведення бізнесу в тому чи іншому регіоні або країні. До уваги беруться різні фактори - від політичних, фінансових, розвитку фінансових, розвитку законодавчої бази, прозорості економічної системи. У результаті дослідження особливостей вітчизняного інвестиційного ринку, проведеного у другому розділі, зроблено висновок, що хоча в Україні щорічно здійснюються заходи щодо поліпшення інвестиційного клімату, проте негативні оцінки експертів, науковців та керівників підприємств свідчать про недосконалість існуючої системи, що призводить до дефіциту інвестиційних активів. У документі представлені пріоритетні галузі економіки, які мають потенціал зростання та потребують значних інвестицій, зокрема: сільськогосподарська діяльність, ІТ-сфера, окремі галузі важкої та легкої промисловості, виробництво ліків, енергетика та логістика.

Relevance of the topic of the qualification work. The relevance of the research topic is based on understanding the crucial importance of economic growth in Ukraine and the role of investment processes as the main stimulator for development. This process is a major key to the integration of the domestic economy into the world economy, so structural changes need to be made to improve Ukraine's image for the inflow of investment capital. The purpose of the qualification work. The aim of the research is to study the theoretical basis of investment attractiveness of the country and the factors of its formation to analyze the state of attractiveness of Ukraine and identify the main ways to improve it. Object of study. The object of the study is the process of forming tools for the implementation of investment policy of the state in Ukraine. Subject of study. The subject matter of the study is a set of theoretical provisions, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the formation of tools for the implementation of state investment policy in Ukraine. The main result of the work. In the first section, the essence of investments and their classification were considered. Briefly formulated, investments can be defined as investments of tangible and intangible values in order to obtain even greater benefits in the future. Specificity of investment activity is called a number of financial and economic prerequisites, determining the possibility and efficiency of doing business in a particular region or country. Various factors are taken into account - from political, financial, development of legislative base, transparency of economic system. The result of the study of features of the domestic investment market, carried out in the second section, concludes that although Ukraine annually carries out measures to improve the investment climate, but the negative assessments of experts, scientists and managers of companies indicate the imperfection of the existing system, which leads to a shortage of investment assets. The paper presents priority sectors of the economy that have growth potential and require significant investments, in particular: agricultural activities, the IT sphere, certain branches of heavy and light industry, drug production, energy and logistics.
