Abstract

Основним джерелом фінансових ресурсів держави є податкові надходження, достатність яких визначає здатність держави виконувати її безпекові функції, регулювати економічний розвиток, задовольняти соціальні потреби населення. Організація фінансування видатків держави передбачає, перш за все, існування достатньої й адекватної інформації щодо обсягу фінансових ресурсів у майбутніх бюджетних періодах. Тому прогнозування податкових надходжень є обов’язковим етапом бюджетного процесу у всіх країнах світу.

The main source of the state's financial resources are tax revenues, the sufficiency of which determines the state's ability to perform its security functions, regulate economic development, and meet the social needs of the population. The organization of financing of state expenditures presupposes, first of all, the existence of sufficient and adequate information regarding the volume of financial resources in future budget periods. Therefore, tax revenue forecasting is a mandatory stage of the budget process in all countries of the world.
