Оцінка вартості підприємства

Abstract

Актуальність дослідження обумовлена тим, що з подальшим розвитком економіки зростає конкуренція на ринках та перед власниками компаній постає питання перспективи подальшого зростання. У таких умовах необхідно аналізувати результати своєї діяльності та оцінювати її ефективність. Тому вибір показника ефективності організації та факторів, що на неї впливають, є сьогодні однією з самих актуальних завдань, що стоять перед власниками та керівниками компаній. Метою роботи є удосконалення оцінки вартості підприємства. В процесі досягнення мети вирішувались наступні завдання: - розглянути економічну сутність вартості підприємства; - розглянути методичні підходи до оцінка вартості підприємства; - надати організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства; - провести аналіз фінансового стану підприємства; - оцінити вартість підприємства; - впровадити моделі вартісно-орієнтованого управління підприємством; - обґрунтувати запропоновану модель. Відповідно до поставлених цілей та завдань об'єктом дослідження є ринкова вартість підприємства, що визначається сукупністю чинників, які лежать у основі її формування. В процесі дослідження було запропоновано впроваджувати в діяльність підприємства контролінговий вартісно-орієнтований менеджмент, який окрім класичних функцій вирішує одночасно: проблеми зменшення внутрішніх конфліктів; забезпечує інтереси зовнішніх агентів; максимізує вартість компанії.

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that with the further development of the economy, competition on the markets is increasing and company owners are faced with the question of future growth prospects. In such conditions, it is necessary to analyze the results of one's activity and evaluate its effectiveness. Therefore, choosing an indicator of the organization's effectiveness and the factors that influence it is one of the most urgent tasks facing owners and managers of companies today. The purpose of the work is to improve the assessment of the enterprise's value. In the process of achieving the goal, the following tasks were solved: - consider the economic essence of the enterprise's value; - consider methodical approaches to estimating the value of the enterprise; - provide organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise; - conduct an analysis of the financial state of the enterprise; - estimate the value of the enterprise; - implement value-oriented enterprise management models; - justify the proposed model. In accordance with the set goals and objectives, the object of research is the market value of the enterprise, which is determined by the set of factors that underlie its formation. In the research process, it was proposed to introduce controlling value-oriented management into the company's activities, which, in addition to classic functions, simultaneously solves: problems of reducing internal conflicts; ensures the interests of external agents; maximizes the value of the company.
