Управління інформаційною системою компанії в умовах діджиталізації

Abstract

Актуальність питання, пов’язаних з особливостями управління бізнесами різних категорій в умовах діджиталізації набуває особливого значення. Виникає все більше вимог до організаційної діяльності підприємства з урахуванням особливостей переходу на нові правила цифрової економіки, визначення нових можливих проблем та загроз, розробка нових рішень або пропозицій для мінімальних негативних наслідків та підсилення результату діяльності підприємств. Вагомі конкурентні переваги може надати система ефективного управління наявними ресурсами та іншими процесами підприємства на основі новітніх технологій та методів покращення бізнес-процесів, які стають важливим інструментом управління. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи: дослідити сучасний стан діджиталізації компаній, тенденції, напрямки розвитку систем управління в умовах цифрової трансформації, розглянути ефективність реалізації Індустрії 4.0 з удосконалення управління бізнесом компанії. Методи дослідження: економічний та фінансовий аналіз, статистичний, графічний, також метод групування, порівняння і т.д. Також при вивченні даної теми використовувався Google Trends для аналізу інтересу спільноти до теми дослідження і застосовувався Excel при обчисленні необхідних розрахунків. Основний результат роботи. У дипломній роботі розглянуто та проаналізовано сутність поняття «діджиталізація» в управлінні інформаційною системою компанії та аспекти її застосування. Розглянуто стан розвитку Індустрії 4.0 в Україні. Визначено напрямки розвитку системи управління в умовах цифрової трансформації. Проведено аналіз стану цифрових трансформацій ПрАТ «Київстар», тобто надано загальну характеристику стану компанії, розглянуто результати розвитку бізнесу та наведено організаційно-економічне обґрунтування ефективності реалізації Індустрії 4.0 в удосконаленні управлінні бізнесом.

The relevance of issues related to the specifics of business management of various categories in the conditions of digitalization acquires special importance. There are more and more requirements for the organizational activity of the enterprise, taking into account the features of the transition to the new rules of the digital economy, the identification of new possible problems and threats, the development of new solutions or proposals for minimal negative consequences and strengthening the results of the enterprises. Significant competitive advantages can be provided by a system of effective management of available resources and other enterprise processes based on the latest technologies and methods of improving business processes, which become an important management tool. The purpose of the qualification work: to investigate the current state of digitization of companies, trends, directions of development of management systems in the conditions of digital transformation, to consider the effectiveness of the implementation of Industry 4.0 to improve the company's business management. Research methods: economic and financial analysis, statistical, graphic, as well as the method of grouping, comparison, etc. Also, when studying this topic, Google Trends was used to analyze the community's interest in the research topic, and Excel was used to calculate the necessary calculations. The main result of the work. The thesis examines and analyzes the essence of the concept of "digitalization" in the management of the company's information system and aspects of its application. The state of development of Industry 4.0 in Ukraine is considered. The directions of development of the management system in the conditions of digital transformation are determined. An analysis of the state of digital transformations of PJSC "Kyivstar" was carried out, that is, a general description of the state of the company was provided, the results of business development were considered, and an organizational and economic rationale for the effectiveness of the implementation of Industry 4.0 in improving business management was provided.
