Abstract	Гнучкі методології розробки програмного забезпечення набувають дедалі більшої популярності через значні переваги та цінність, яку вони надають. Agile методології на сьогодні використовуються провідними компаніями не лише в сфері ІТ, а й в медицині, освіті, фінансовій сферах. Дослідження ефективності Scrum-фреймворку допоможе висвітлити основні проблеми та фактори, які впливають на успішність його впровадження в ІТ- проекти. Agile software development methodologies are gaining popularity due to the significant benefits and value they provide. Agile methodologies are currently used by leading companies not only in the IT field, but also in medicine, education, and financial fields. Studying the effectiveness of the Scrum framework will help highlight the main problems and factors that affect the success of its implementation in IT projects.
