Ефективність логістичних послуг в умовах воєнного стану на прикладі компанії Укрпошта

Abstract

Метою нашого дослідження є дослідження ефективності логістичних послуг в умовах воєнного стану на прикладі компанії Укрпошта та виявлення перспектив розвитку цієї компанії. Базою, на основі якої було проведено дослідження, є сумський філіал АТ «Укрпошта». Предмет дослідження ¬ визначення ефективності надання логістичних послуг в умовах воєнного стану . Об’єкт дослідження ¬показники діяльності АТ «Укрпошта» м. Суми. Результати нашого дослідження: розглянуто історію виникнення та сутність логістичної діяльності; охарактеризовано види та функції логістичної діяльності; проаналізовано основні напрямки діяльності АТ «Укрпошта»; проведено аналіз основних показників діяльності сумського філіалу АТ «Укрпошта»; проаналізовано конкурентів та конкурентні переваги компанії; виокремлено проблеми та запропоновано перспективні напрями розвитку компанії. Практична значимість отриманих результатів у запропонованих для реальних умов підприємства напрямів його розвитку. Методи дослідження. Для досягнення мети дослідження використана сукупність методів та прийомів наукового пізнання. Теоретичною та методологічною основою дослідження є фундаментальні положення економічної теорії, теорії менеджменту та фінансів, теорії стратегічного управління, класичні та сучасні підходи до фінансового аналізу підприємства, які висвітлені в наукових працях зарубіжних та вітчизняних вчених.

The purpose of our research is to study the effectiveness of logistics services under martial law using the example of the Ukrposhta company and to identify the development prospects of this company. The base on which the research was conducted is the Sumy branch of JSC "Ukrposhta". The subject of the study is to determine the effectiveness of the provision of logistics services in the conditions of martial law. The object of the research is activity indicators of JSC "Ukrposhta" in Sumy. The results of our research: the history of the origin and the essence of logistics activity were considered; the types and functions of logistics activity are characterized; analyzed the main areas of activity of JSC "Ukrposhta"; an analysis of the main performance indicators of the Sumy branch of JSC "Ukrposhta" was carried out; competitors and competitive advantages of the company were analyzed; problems are identified and promising directions for the company's development are proposed. The practical significance of the obtained results in the directions of its development proposed for the real conditions of the enterprise. Research methods. To achieve the goal of the research, a set of methods and techniques of scientific knowledge was used. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the fundamental provisions of economic theory, theory of management and finance, theory of strategic management, classical and modern approaches to the financial analysis of the enterprise, which are highlighted in the scientific works of foreign and domestic scientists.
