| Abstract |
Представлено результати реалізації програми менторінгу українських мігрантів в Польщі. Визначено, що менторінг - це не тільки інструмент інтеграції в суспільство, але й безпосередня "жива" інтеграційна підтримка для людей, які намагаються знайти себе в новій культурі, правилах і умовах. The results of the mentoring program for Ukrainian migrants in Poland are presented. It is determined that mentoring is not just an integration tool but a living integration support for people trying to find themselves in a new culture, rules and conditions. |
