Роль Національного банку України у захисті прав споживачів фінансових послуг

Abstract

НБУ відіграє важливу роль у забезпеченні захисту прав споживачів фінансових послуг в Україні, зокрема визначає та впроваджує політику, спрямовану на захист прав та інтересів споживачів фінансових послуг, здійснює моніторинг та нагляд за діяльністю надавачів фінансових послуг, виявляє порушення стандартів та небажану поведінку, застосовує заходи впливу до порушників.

The NBU plays an important role in ensuring the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services in Ukraine, in particular, it defines and implements policies aimed at protecting the rights and interests of consumers of financial services, monitors and supervises the activities of financial service providers, detects violations of standards and undesirable behavior, and applies influence measures to violators.
