Євроінтеграційні аспекти реформування публічного управління в сфері освіти в Україні (на прикладі управління Державної служби якості освіти у Сумській області)

Abstract

Дана кваліфікаційна робота є теоретико-практичним дослідженням євроінтеграційних аспектів реформування публічного управління в сфері освіти в Україні (на прикладі управління Державної служби якості освіти у Сумській області). Вивчення євроінтеграційних аспектів реформування публічного управління в освітній сфері України сьогодні є актуальним. Наша країна активними зусиллями прагне наблизити свої стандарти та практики у всіх сферах життя до європейських, розширює міжнародне співробітництво. Здійснення таких реформ сприяє підвищенню якості освіти, адаптації до міжнародних стандартів та забезпеченню сталого розвитку країни в цілому. Крім того, це важливо в контексті підготовки кваліфікованої робочої сили для конкуренції на світовому ринку праці та зміцнення позицій України в європейському освітньому просторі. Метою роботи є виділення аспектів євроінтеграції у сфері освіти в Україні, дослідження проблем впровадження європейських стандартів у публічне управління та формулювання рекомендацій для їх розв'язання.

This qualification work is a theoretical-practical study of European integration aspects of reforming public administration in the field of education in Ukraine (on the example of the administration of the State Service for the Quality of Education in the Sumy region). The study of European integration aspects of reforming public administration in the educational sphere of Ukraine is relevant today. Our country actively strives to bring its standards and practices in all spheres of life closer to European ones, and expands international cooperation. The implementation of such reforms contributes to the improvement of the quality of education, adaptation to international standards and ensuring the sustainable development of the country as a whole. In addition, it is important in the context of training a qualified workforce for competition in the global labor market and strengthening Ukraine's position in the European educational space. The purpose of the work is to highlight the aspects of European integration in the field of education in Ukraine, to study the problems of implementing European standards in public administration and to formulate recommendations for their solution.
