Моделювання та прогнозування впливу рівня цифровізації на економічний розвиток

Abstract

Актуальність теми, обраної для дослідження, визначається тим, що цифровізація економіки має значний вплив на всі аспекти економічного життя, створюючи нові можливості для підвищення продуктивності, зниження витрат та покращення якості життя. Водночас ці технології вимагають нових підходів до управління та регулювання економіки. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у вивченні існуючих підходів до моделювання економічного розвитку в умовах цифрової економіки та аналізі ефективності цих підходів з урахуванням сучасних технологічних тенденцій. Об’єктом дослідження є економічний розвиток країн в умовах цифровізації. Предметом дослідження є моделі машинного навчання, що використовуються для прогнозування економічних показників у контексті цифрової економіки. Завданням дослідження є аналіз впливу цифровізації на економічний розвиток та дослідження моделей машинного навчання, що застосовуються для прогнозування економічних показників. Для досягнення поставленої мети та задач дослідження були використані такі методи дослідження: аналіз літературних джерел, моделювання, статистичний аналіз, методи машинного навчання. Інформаційною базою кваліфікаційної роботи є наукові статті, монографії, дані міжнародних організацій та інформаційно-аналітичні матеріали, що стосуються цифровізації економіки. Основний науковий результат кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у такому: Встановлено, що моделювання економічного розвитку в умовах цифровізації вимагає використання складних моделей машинного навчання, які здатні обробляти великі обсяги даних та враховувати численні фактори. Виявлено, що нормалізація даних є критичним етапом передобробки даних, що забезпечує коректну роботу моделей машинного навчання. Одержані результати можуть бути використані для розробки стратегій економічного розвитку країн в умовах цифрової трансформації, а також для вдосконалення методів прогнозування економічних показників.

The relevance of the topic chosen for the study is determined by the fact that the digitalisation of the economy has a significant impact on all aspects of economic life, creating new opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve the quality of life. At the same time, these technologies require new approaches to economic management and regulation. The purpose of the qualification work is to study existing approaches to modelling economic development in the digital economy and analyse the effectiveness of these approaches, taking into account current technological trends. The object of research is the economic development of countries in the context of digitalisation. The subject of the study is machine learning models used to predict economic indicators in the context of the digital economy. The objective of the study is to analyse the impact of digitalisation on economic development and to investigate machine learning models used to forecast economic indicators. To achieve the goal and objectives of the study, the following research methods were used: literature analysis, modelling, statistical analysis, machine learning methods. The information base of the qualification work is scientific articles, monographs, data from international organisations and information and analytical materials related to the digitalisation of the economy. The main scientific result of the qualification work is as follows: It has been established that modelling economic development in the context of digitalisation requires the use of complex machine learning models that can process large amounts of data and take into account numerous factors. It has been found that data normalisation is a critical stage of data preprocessing that ensures the correct operation of machine learning models. The results obtained can be used to develop strategies for economic development of countries in the context of digital transformation, as well as to improve methods for forecasting economic indicators.
