Ситуаційна дисфорія в осіб юнацького віку з різними формами агресивної поведінки

Abstract

У рамках кваліфікаційного дослідження було проведено емпіричне вивчення прояву ситуаційної дисфорії у осіб юнацького віку з різними формами агресивної поведінки. Був проведений аналіз особливостей прояву симптомокомплексу дисфорії та агресивних патернів поведінки, а також виявлені детермінанти розвитку агресії, тривожності та депресії як компонентів дисфорії. Для проведення емпіричного дослідження було використано психодіагностичний інструментарій: шкалу ситуаційної дисфорії (SITDS) (by First et al.) в адаптації Т. Іванової та Ю. Шалатонової, «Опитувальник агресивності» Л. Почебут та чек-лист «Латентна дисфорія» М. Мороз. Отримані first-hand дані піддавалися статистичній обробці з використанням методів параметричної та непараметричної статистики. Був проведений компаративний аналіз показників рівня ситуаційної дисфорії та типів агресивної поведінки, а також кореляційний аналіз взаємозв’язків між зазначеними параметрами. Результати емпіричних досліджень засвідчили наявність тісного кореляційного зв’язку між ситуаційною дисфорією та емоційною, предметною агресією та самоагресією. На основі отриманих результатів була розроблена комплексна програма психокорекційних заходів з використанням таких методів, як психологічний тренінг, раціонально-емоційно-поведінкова терапія та арт-терапевтичні техніки для ефективної корекції та превенції симптомів дисфорії, агресії та тривожності як компонентів дисфорії.

Within the framework of the qualification research, an empirical study of the manifestation of situational dysphoria in adolescents with different forms of aggressive behavior was conducted. An analysis of the features of the manifestation of the symptom complex of dysphoria and aggressive patterns of behavior was carried out, and the determinants of the development of aggression, anxiety, and depression as components of dysphoria were identified. For the empirical study, psychodiagnostic tools were used: the Situational Dysphoria Scale (SITDS) (by First et al.) adapted by T. Ivanova and Yu. Shalatonova, the «Aggression Questionnaire» by L. Pochebut, and the «Latent Dysphoria» checklist by M. Moroz. The obtained first-hand data were subjected to statistical processing using parametric and nonparametric statistical methods. A comparative analysis of the indicators of the level of situational dysphoria and types of aggressive behavior was carried out, as well as a correlation analysis of the relationships between these parameters. The results of empirical studies showed the presence of a close correlation between situational dysphoria and emotional, object aggression, and self-aggression. Based on the obtained results, a comprehensive program of psychocorrectional measures was developed using methods such as psychological training, rational-emotive-behavioral therapy, and art therapy techniques for effective correction and prevention of symptoms of dysphoria, aggression, and anxiety as components of dysphoria. The qualification work presents the developed correctional program, as well as information on its testing and implementation.
