Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю підприємств адаптуватися до швидких змін на ринку та забезпечувати стійкість свого бізнесу.Крім того, розроблена система оцінювання, заснована на VDI 2221 light, дозволяє ефективно оцінювати підтримуючі та руйнівні інновації. Цей підхід забезпечує чіткий критерій оцінки, враховуючи ключові аспекти інноваційного процесу. Система є власною розробкою і базується на стандартах VDI 2221. Мета дослідження полягає в розкритті впливу інноваційного менеджменту на стійкість підприємства шляхом аналізу та класифікації видів інновацій та розробки системи оцінки їх впливу. Завдання дослідження: Вивчення теоретичних аспектів руйнівних та підтримуючих інновацій. Аналіз практичного застосування інноваційного менеджменту у різних секторах бізнесу. Розробка системи оцінювання впливу інновацій на стійкість підприємства. Застосування розробленої системи для аналізу бізнесу та визначення його інноваційного потенціалу. Дослідження базується на застосуванні наукових методів, таких як аналіз літературних джерел, порівняльний аналіз, емпіричні дослідження та експертні оцінки.
