Копінг-стратегії у осіб юнацького віку з різними проявами емоційного інтелекту

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена темі копінг-стратегій у осіб юнацького віку з різними проявами емоційного інтелекту. Було досліджено феномен копінг-стратегій, їхні види та прояви. У ході аналізу наукових напрацювань було висвітлено тему емоційного інтелекту як одного з провідних внутрішніх ресурсів, що сприяє ефективній адаптації до складних життєвих обставин. Також, було описано психологічні особливості юнацького віку як контекст формування копінг-стратегій та розвитку емоційного інтелекту. Проаналізовано взаємодію між рівнем емоційного інтелекту та вибором конкретних копінг-стратегій.

The qualification work is dedicated to the topic of coping strategies in adolescents with various manifestations of emotional intelligence. The phenomenon of coping strategies, their types, and manifestations were investigated. In the analysis of scientific works, the topic of emotional intelligence was highlighted as one of the leading internal resources that contribute to effective adaptation to difficult life circumstances. Also, the psychological characteristics of adolescence were described as a context for the formation of coping strategies and the development of emotional intelligence. The interaction between the level of emotional intelligence and the choice of specific coping strategies was analyzed.
