Зарубіжний досвід забезпечення комунікацій у державних органах

Abstract

Статтю присвячено практичним аспектам упровадження комунікаційних стратегій державними органами зарубіжних країн. Наголошено, що сучасні глобалізаційні процеси в інформаційному просторі, які відбуваються на міжнародній арені, актуалізують упровадження дієвих комунікацій, які відіграють важливу роль у внутрішній та зовнішній взаємодії державних органів з громадськістю. Підкреслено, що для системного та чіткого висвітлення діяльності державних органів, а також об’єктивного сприйняття та розуміння населенням процесів, які реалізуються у сфері державної політики, інформування громадськості щодо запланованих урядових ініціатив активно втілюються в життя комунікаційні стратегії.

The article is devoted to practical aspects of implementation of communication strategies by state bodies of foreign countries. It is emphasized that modern globalization processes in the information space, which take place in the international arena, actualize the introduction of effective communications, which play an important role in the internal and external interaction of public authorities with the public. It is emphasized that communication strategies are actively implemented in order to systematically and clearly cover the activities of state bodies, as well as objective perception and understanding by the population of the processes implemented in the field of public policy, informing the public about planned government initiatives.
