Оцінювання економіки розумних міст

Abstract

Метою бакалаврської роботи є оцінювання економіки розумних міст на основі рейтингових показників, що визначаються дослідницькою платформою IESE Cities in Motion та розроблення регресійнної моделі, що описує вплив показників рух міста, довкілля, управління, людський капітал, міжнародний облік, мобільність та транспорт, соціальна згуртованість, технологія, міське планування на їх економіку. Об’єктом дослідження є економіка розумних міст. Предметом дослідження є показники, що характеризують розумні міста – рух міста, економіка, довкілля, управління, людський капітал, міжнародний облік, мобільність та транспорт, соціальна згуртованість, технологія, міське планування, а також економіко-математичні методи та моделі, що дозволяють оцінити вплив показників на економіку розумних міст. В роботі розроблено регресійну модель на основі рейтингових показників розумних міст, за допомогою якої проведено аналіз факторів, що впливають на їх економіку, обґрунтовано статистичну значущіть. Проведений кластерний аналіз міст для детального оцінювання економіки розумних міст в розрізі кожного кластеру.

The bachelor's thesis aims to evaluate the economy of smart cities based on the rating indicators determined by the IESE Cities in Motion research platform and to develop a regression model that describes the impact of indicators of cities in motion, environment, governance, human capital, international profile, mobility and transportation, social cohesion, technology, urban planning on their economy. The object of research is the economy of smart cities. The subject of the study is indicators that characterize smart cities – cities in motion, economy, environment, management, human capital, international accounting, mobility and transport, social cohesion, technology, urban planning, as well as economic and mathematical methods and models that allow assessing the impact indicators on the economy of smart cities. The work developed a regression model based on the rating indicators of smart cities, with the help of which the analysis of factors affecting their economy was carried out, and statistical significance was substantiated. A cluster analysis of cities was carried out for a detailed assessment of the economy of smart cities in the section of each cluster.
