Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню системи мотивації персоналу для підвищення ефективності систем управління організацією. Об'єкт дослідження: система мотивації персоналу Приватного акціонерного товариства «Запоріжтрансформатор». Предмет дослідження: організаційно-економічні відносини, що виникають у процесі мотивації персоналу для підвищення ефективності системи управління. The qualification paper is dedicated to studying the personnel motivation system to increase the effectiveness of organizational management systems. The object of study: the personnel motivation system at “Zaporozhtransformator” Private Joint - Stock Company. Subject of study: organizational and economic relations that arise in the process of personnel motivation for improvement of management system efficiency. |
