Формування позитивного іміджу місцевих органів влади (на прикладі Лебединської міської ради)

Abstract

У роботі досліджено імідж органів місцевого самоврядування на прикладі Лебединської міської ради. Також розглянуто теоретичні та методичні основи формування іміджу органів влади. Розглянуто поняття іміджу як основи розвитку та престижності організації. Зокрема, досліджено імідж державних органів влади та обґрунтовано важливість комунікацій в органах місцевого самоврядування та з представниками громади. Проведено SWOT-аналіз діяльності Лебединської міської ради, виявлено сильні та слабкі сторони. В роботі було проведено опитування представників громади з метою оцінювання якості роботи Лебединської міської ради. Проаналізовано виклики, з якими зіштовхуються органи влади. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення роботи Лебединської міської ради в контексті формування позитивного іміджу.

The paper examines the image of local self-government bodies on the example of the Lebedyn City Council. The theoretical and methodical foundations of the formation of the image of authorities are also considered. The concept of image as the basis of development and prestige of the organization is considered. In particular, the image of state authorities has been investigated and the importance of communications in local self-government bodies and with community representatives has been substantiated. A SWOT analysis of the activities of the Lebedyn City Council was conducted, strengths and weaknesses were identified. In the work, a survey of community representatives was conducted in order to assess the quality of work of the Lebedyn City Council. The challenges faced by the authorities are analyzed. Directions for improving the work of the Lebedyn City Council in the context of forming a positive image are proposed.
